Alandale’s Senior Management began their careers by working their way through the management ranks to eventually form and lead the Group of Companies.
The Alandale Group of Companies was formed to provide a wide range of support services to the Construction Industry. The Group has an annual turnover of £65m (2019) and we currently employ over 600 staff. The Group of companies consist of the following Organisations:

The Alandale Group of Companies work both independently and as a complementary team – providing a service that offers true value and support to the projects (and clients) we work with.

The Group of Companies was established to offer a complete range of Support Services to our clients, from providing help and assistance at the conception and planning stage of a project, to implementation of our projects during the construction process and aftercare assistance once the project is complete.

Alandale Logistics provides a wide range of Support Services to the Construction Industry.
From Security and ‘Multi-Service’ provision through to Logistical Planning Solutions and Management Strategies, Alandale support Clients, Developers and Main Contractors alike with all key aspects of the Construction process.

Alandale Logistics have developed our own bespoke products such as a web-based delivery management system (ADBM) and a construction-designed access control system (S2K) that have proven to be invaluable solutions to some of the most unique and challenging projects.

Alandale have been extremely fortunate to have been involved with some of the largest and most complex construction projects in the UK.

Alandale Scaffolding was formed with the intention of providing a complete Professional Scaffold planning, installation and support service to the Construction Industry.
Our scaffold planning and design facility offers our clients a complete support service from conception to installation, ensuring every aspect of their project access requirements are met.

This, in conjunction with our ongoing project support and advice, combined with our bespoke products and attention to detail, differs us from similar companies and services, ensuring that the highest possible standards are attained on every project that we are responsible for.

Alandale Building and Fit-Out are a long-established company with experienced Construction Professionals that adopt a ‘traditional’ and ‘professional’ approach all of their projects.
Alandale Building and Fit Out have a long-standing & proven track record of working on complex projects located in both live, restrictive and difficult environments.

Alandale Northern provide a wide range of Building and Logistical support services to the Construction Industry both regionally and across Europe. Our regional office was established in 2006 in the city of Mirfield, West Yorkshire.
Our office location provides excellent transport connections to the motorway network, mainline train services and several airports.

We can therefore provide a full range of services on a national basis, covering areas such as Scotland, Ireland, the North of England, Midlands and Wales.

We have to date, successfully provided logistical services to high profile projects in locations such as:

We provide the same services as that of Alandale Logistics, and have been involved with some of the largest and most complex construction projects in the UK. Alandale Northern are responsible for the Group’s largest project to date, the £650m Dublin Airport Terminal 2 Project.

Our logistical services can be deployed to any location in the country and Europe and we pride ourselves on being able to service the needs of our clients – wherever they are located.

Alandale’s Security Division are ACS accredited and provide professionally trained, SIA Licenced Security Guards.
The majority of Security Guards provided by Alandale are directly employed – something we are very proud of.

Our Security Service is delivered to both Corporate (Front of House) and Construction Projects.

Alandale is accredited to the Approved Contractors Scheme (ACS) which is an independently accredited scheme (by the SIA) that proves our commitment to current security legislation which dictates that all Security Officers are licensed and trained to conduct their duties proficiently.

Alandale Security are also accredited by FM Contract Watch and National Security Inspectorate.

Our Security Service is also independently audited and inspected by FM Contract Watch, and we are silver award winners for our quality of service.
