
Construction professionals from across the UK are preparing to head to Build North Expo as the major regional industry event lands in Liverpool on 16th June at Exhibition Centre Liverpool.
The one-day expo is expected to bring together contractors, developers, merchants, consultants, manufacturers and suppliers from across the built environment for a full programme of networking, live demonstrations and industry discussion.

What time does Build North Expo start?
Build North Expo Liverpool 2026 will run from 09:30 am until 16:00 pm at Exhibition Centre Liverpool, (now part of Liverpool Experience Campus) located on the city’s waterfront at King’s Dock.

Visitors are encouraged to arrive early, particularly those planning to attend speaker sessions or arrange meetings with exhibitors throughout the day.
The event is free to attend for construction professionals, although registration is required in advance.
How to get to Build North Expo Liverpool
The event will take place at Exhibition Centre Liverpool, King’s Dock, Liverpool L3 4FP.
By car
The venue is accessible from the M62, M58 and M53 motorway routes, with Kings Dock Car Park and surrounding waterfront parking facilities located adjacent to the exhibition centre.
By train
Liverpool Lime Street Station is approximately 20 minutes on foot or a short taxi journey from the venue. Visitors can also connect via the Merseyrail Wirral Line to James Street station, which is around 10 minutes away on foot.
By public transport
CityLink and local bus services connect Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool ONE bus station directly to the waterfront exhibition area.
By air
Liverpool John Lennon Airport is located around 20 minutes from the venue by taxi, with express bus services also operating into the city centre.
