The National Federation of Builders (NFB) has revealed the shortlist for the 2025 Construction Awards of Excellence, recognising a wide range of achievements across the UK construction sector.

This year’s awards highlight excellence in project delivery, sustainability, innovation, and workforce development, with finalists ranging from large contractors to SMEs and individual tradespeople. The shortlist was determined through a rigorous, independent judging process based on clear criteria including leadership, technical delivery, environmental impact, and industry contribution.

Construction firms from across the UK are represented, with standout projects in healthcare, education, residential development, and heritage conservation.

The awards are backed by key industry sponsors including NASC, People’s Partnership, GLP Training, Citation, and the Scottish Building Federation.

The winners will be announced at a ceremony on 6 November at the Burlington Hotel in Birmingham.

Tickets will be released soon.
