FIRE DOORS:
Made to order according to your design needs whether decoratively veneered, laminated or for paint. Certification to FD30 / FD60 / FD90 /FD120 as required.

ACOUSTIC DOORS:
We can manufacture doors and door sets to suit not only fire but also acoustic ratings – just ask

PANELLING:
We offer panelling in cut as well as stock sizes, offered with veneer, laminate and paint finishes, fire rated if required

DOOR FRAMES:
Our frames are manufactured to order so odd sizes and sections are the norm. Finishes can be clear or paint as required.

 CNC MACHINE
We’re proud to present our Holzher 5 axis CNC twin bed router, an example of our commitment to the best machinery to achieve the best quality, accuracy and throughput needed to meet the demands of present day building works where lead times are often short. All our machining needs are accurate and to a high quality standard with the minimum of fuss.

SANDING MACHINE
Our sander is a heavy duty line machine bought with the intention of accurate sanding to ensure the best finish possible with capacity to enable future growth and shortened lead times

VENEER PRESS
Through investment in a flow line press we can achieve maximum throughput whilst ensuring accuracy of pressing to enable secure bonding and an accurate surface to further work on whether veneer, overlay for paint finishes or melamine laminates.

LIPPING AND EDGE BANDING
Up to the minute technology to ensure a secure and permanent bond of edging to core material. Glueline is variable but generally PUR for a truly permanent bond, suitable for the most stressful environments. Solid lips are bonded, trimmed and flushed in one pass enabling fast throughput as required.
